Adv. Leshem is co-writer and editor of the book "International Trade Law" published by the Open University.

Acts as lecturer in the "International Trade Law" course, for students of Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Member of the Appellate Court of the University.

Acted as lecturer in the Center of Academic Studies on Securities Law and ethics, and courses of commercial and business law such as contract law, corporate law, antitrust, labor law, arbitration and mediation to students in Business Administration.

Acted as lecturer in Netanya Academic College on Securities Law and ethics, and preparation of students to the external license exam of the Israel Securities Authority. 

Acted as lecturer, in Emek Israel College, in the abovementioned Securities Law and ethics course. 

Adv. Leshem also lectured in Contract Law, financial transactions and introduction to law courses.

Adv. Leshem is a graduate of Investment Consultation studies from Bar Ilan University, Summa Cum Laude, and a graduate of corporate and financial statement analysis from Tel Aviv University.

Among other studies, Adv. Leshem is a trained and certified webmaster, including database networks, after completing the accreditation exams by John Bryce training school and Microsoft, Summa Cum Laude.

During 1987 to 1992, Adv. Leshem acted as head of Instruction Department in an Insurance Company of Migdal Insurance group, and as lecturer of Insurance, financial planning, social rights, objective management and sales and communication skills to insurance brokers, all over Israel. 

Parallelly at that time, acted as Supervisor to a large group of independent insurance agents in the field of life, social and collective insurance.

Later on, he joined as managing partner an independent insurance agency, representing insurance companies such as Migdal, Clal, Ayalon and Israeli phoenix, in the field of life and general insurance. Within this framework, experience was gained in management of a large client portfolio, negotiation and strategic marketing.

Adv. Leshem was a controlling shareholder in a private company, which he founded in 1993, dealing with services for vehicles in collaboration with a leading automobile importer. Over the years, he accumulated experience in business management and planning, connection with large corporations, initiation and promotion of marketing activities, employee management, advertising and public relations.

In the military reserve Adv. Leshem (Captain Ret.) served as casualties informant to families within Tel Aviv town major. This role, which he holds since 1993, involves dealing with extreme and delicate human conditions.

Over the years Adv. Leshem took part in numerous training and exercises arranged by the Israel Defense Force, to specialize in the personal abilities and leadership required for performing these assignments.
